The ability to work remotely.

Minpunten

Supervisors do not have interpersonal skills, they lack communication snd analytical ability to lead. They have no knowledge of what good leadership is. They nevet listen to employees which is a sign of horrible leadership. They lack empathy. They dictates what you say and do. Free speech is prohibited. Overworked and understaffed and underpaid for the vast amount of work they consistently changes with little to training. They exercise passive anggressivre attitudes when communicating bestowing fake positivity. Everything about the company is bad and dangerous for your mental health. It drains happiness out of you. Pay does not match multiple job descriptions they on to employees. One shows up to work daily feeling miserable because of enormous workload yet no one cares but instead, shuts you down stating they “Try to keep the chat positive.” Hence, free speech is abomination working for eHealth. Also, be use of understaffed, PTOs 9/10 is not guaranteed.

High call volume expectations, inconsistent communication between departments, limited advancement clarity, and frequent process changes that slow workflow.

The Pay was somewhat alright.

Minpunten

The Place was a mess! The work was extremely stressful and daunting! everyone looses thier voice at some point from constantly talking. Each sale lasts about 1-3hours, due to rules, requirements, and mandatory verbiage. Too many grey areas, for management to single you out, and penalize you for undefined verbiage, which leads to penalties and pay deductions. Management is stealth in discrimination and abuse. Like I said, too many grey areas. So if they have something against you, too many opportunities to penalize you unjustly. I lost over $4000 from this alone. Your metrics can be whatever they want it to be. Management even said to me, I quote, "We can move numbers around here and there", during a virtual meeting.
