Minpunten
After the merger between Interwrite Learning and eInstruction, both companies suffered from the management team being in constant conflict. The Private Equity company that purchased both companies does not want to spend a penny more and just wants to makes cuts everywhere including people and products. All of the great employees left including the entire product management team, most of the sales people, tech support, marketing, and engineers.
