Nepotism runs rampant in this company. The sales team, HR, seo team and owner are all family. Good luck if you file a complaint. They will all blame the companies problems on you. You essentially get a target on your back. I once heard "we don't fire family". The lone sales person acts like he runs the place and he doesn't have a clue, over promises and then gets mad at people when his promises are not met. He's good at talking, laying on his couch, essentially lying, and berating people. They tout work life balance and then get mad when someone doesn't respond when they are on vacation. They are stuck in the early 2000's and won't listen at people advising them otherwise. They have had crazy turn over. The CEO thinks he's helping by sticking his nose in everything, when he is clueless too. Only shows up half the time and disappears every time someone gives a two week notice. Good luck making any money here, they have said we will close the doors before paying everybody 6 figures. Well, from what I heard everyone is leaving for 6 figure jobs. They sell, sell and sell, even know they don't have the developers to support it. They think that hiring is the magical solution. It takes a long time for developers to get to a producing status, while the clients get mad.
