None, maybe a pay check, remote work is nice at first but after a few months & lack of any human interaction, each day becomes like boring version of movie “GroundHog’s Day”

Minpunten

Micro Management is draining and Immature, no respect for associates, treated inhumanely, like your worthless. No engagement all year or any team building

Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

Minpunten

Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
