There is no pros about working there as its like hell. if you want to get irritated all times then join it.

Minpunten

the management is like hell. They will try all the possible ways to embarrass you and at last will blame you for every mismanagement they did and then will fire you out of the organization so its better not to work instead joining this organisation.

zero pros, instead of gaining something you will loose your mental piece also.

Minpunten

Very poor work ethics. cunning peoples with political mind,who tries to make full use of compulsion of freshers. In-sensible tech-leads and project managers. Horrible and inhuman policies, which makes employees feel as slave. Bunch of family members without any proper managerial virtue. No good projects. No facilities, no salary hikes. Every weekend extra work without any comp-off. Very bad infra-structure.

Personal growth is the main thing that I liked about this company. You would get to learn a lot of things and that too with complete freedom of expressing yourself.

Minpunten

Nothing much but Work life balance is what I would say is not upto the mark due to long working hours
