Pluspunten
The banter between my fellow employees about the boss was entertaining, to say the least. The boss had set up large mirrors on every wall so the environment was nice and bright...at times I would turn around and catch him just staring at me or other employees (sometimes from a different room through the reflection of 3-4 different angled mirrors) which was slightly unnerving and probably slowed down my production at times, but it was nice to know he really cared about getting the job done. Also, I could watch fighter jets train from my window. That was cool.

The "leadership" displayed by the boss was some of the most unprofessional and inappropriate behavior I've ever encountered in my life. The boss would often try to fuel rivalries among employees. I overheard racist, sexist, and flat out offensive slurs during our regular ePractice meetings. I saw over half the staff fired during my 6 months there. I feel bad for the employees who still have to work in that awful environment. YOU are a living breathing miracle existing on a planet floating in outer space. DO NOT spend your extremely precious, short time on Earth working for a lunatic like this.
