Pluspunten

- Other employees at the company were great

Minpunten

I'm actually surprised that the reviews are so high on here. When talking with co-workers, most people were so unhappy there. -Turnover rate is very high, unless you report to someone really good (and there are some great people there). I saw a lot of people leave in the time I was there...either by choice or because the CEO is very quick to fire people. - The CEO is a hard man to work for. He gets really stressed and frustrated about his work and lets it out on his employees. He swears at employees, throws temper tantrums and makes inappropriate comments. He's a micromanager. He doesn't like other people owning projects or running departments, which just makes him more stressed out since he's trying to juggle it all. - Benefits are very poor. Expect to pay a huge chunk of money out of pocket for medical, dental, and vision - and it might actually be cheaper to get your own individual plan instead of through eQuest. - Promised raises and promotions that never happened. I kept hearing that I've earned it and I'll get it soon but it would never actually happen. This was very common within the company. I took a pay hit when I started here with promises of a raise after 3 months...6 months...a year... They just never happened. - Pay is lower than average.

Pluspunten

Opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced environment.

Minpunten

Lack of structure and clear communication from leadership made the role stressful and unpredictable. Expectations were often unclear or changed frequently, which made it difficult to succeed in the position. At times, the work environment felt unprofessional, and there was limited support or accountability from management. Management could be inconsistent and, at times, dismissive, which impacted morale. There was limited guidance or training, so employees were often expected to figure things out on their own. Work life boundaries were blurred, with after hours communication and urgent requests being common. Overall, the environment felt reactive rather than organized, which created unnecessary pressure.
