A very good Solar Tower (CSP) concept that has a very solid business potential, only if it was in the hands of the right leadership team. The work is interesting and challenging at times.
Minpunten
Management loves to hire graduates from a selected list of name brand schools, and then places them in key positions with little or no real world experience. If you are not a graduate from the management selected short list of pet schools, then chances are that you will be frustrated, even if they do hire you. Equal opportunity and upward mobility seems to be resrved for pet school graduates.
The team morale is also low because of lack of clear business strategy and almost incompetant leadership.
