-Micromanagement -Lack of leadership skills and professionalism from direct supervisors -Always creating changes with hopes they’ll better the company but the changes never do -LOW SALARY -24/7 work days -No work/life balance -Benefits are terrible -If you’re not in the main clique than you are treated like garbage -You won’t be valued, appreciated or properly trained here -If you are a leader then this isn’t the place for you because they want followers -The culture is terrible.
