eTeam provides the opportunity to work with great clients and gain valuable industry experience. The manager was very supportive and approachable, always ready to guide and help when needed. The team environment is friendly and collaborative, which made daily work enjoyable and productive. I had a great time working with the team and truly appreciated the positive atmosphere and teamwork throughout my time with the company.

While my overall experience was positive, there are a few areas where the company could improve. At times, the workload can be quite high, which may lead to increased work pressure, and occasionally shifts may need to be extended to meet client requirements and deadlines. Additionally, providing more structured growth opportunities and clearer career progression paths would help employees better plan their long-term development within the organization. Addressing these areas could further enhance the overall employee experience.
