I work for a client of eTeam in Singapore. I got the offer in April 2020 and joined on June 2020. So far my experience with eTeam is very pleasant, fruitful and hassle-free. My point of contact with eTeam is Garima Bansal. She was very kind and helpful to respond to all the concerns I had. In a few months of interacting with her, she was direct and transparent in her communication. No matter what the time of day is, she was always available to go an extra mile to help me at once without any delay - be it my concerns regarding a few of the clauses in the employment contract, or with my queries regarding Medical Insurance or with my Dependent Pass application. She was very pro-active to help out with any of the concerns that I can have. This helped me to be at ease and form a good opinion about eTeam as a firm.

The number of annual leaves offered to me was on the lower end of the spectrum. That is something that they can improve on.
