Fun place to work, decent pay, bidding for lates/earlies (generally get my preference!), offer fixed or variable roster patterns, some night stops available, opportunity to work/live in Europe, amazing training department, great safety culture, well-maintained aircraft, very strong union with good protections for fatigue, opportunities to fly Long-Haul with Virgin secondment programme, excellent staff travel with confirmed seats available on most routes.
Minpunten
Disillusioned with management, delays during the summer, Gatwick chaos (slots and congestion), no duty pay, minimum rest during the summer, fatigue is a big issue, roster stability is a problem.

-Competitive pay and benefits for Malta aviation industry.
-Skilled colleagues and opportunities for technical learning.
Minpunten
-Serious reports of bullying, harassment, and neglect of staff mental health were escalated to top management, but rarely result in action.
-The SUSO (Speak Up Speak Out) system does not work as advertised; staff complaints raised through SUSO are ignored or lead to retaliation, not resolution.
-EasyJet’s “zero tolerance” policy on discrimination, bullying, and harassment is not upheld—investigations are slow, lack follow-through, and rarely result in change.
-Evidence of disability discrimination at the highest levels has been presented; these concerns are dismissed or left unaddressed by senior management.
-Employees who report problems or ask for reasonable adjustments face career setbacks and poor treatment.
-Overall, morale is very low among those affected by discrimination or who have used internal reporting channels.
