Key staff members who have dedicated years of loyal service are randomly let go and everyone is suppose to go about their business as though that staff member never worked at the company. Also the company will do anything and everything to please their clients, often times at the cost of the staff. edCount often takes on project with impossible deadlines and then works the staff to the bone to get the work done. Seventy hour work weeks seem to be the norm the weeks deliverables are due and managers look at you weirdly when you refuse to work that hard.
