Pluspunten

They have great hours and really assure you get a good training prior starting the job. I also am a fan of the buddy program and how friendly co-workers are. The pay is good and I feel pretty content with my position.

Minpunten

I don't feel like their are too many downsides. I know that IT takes a minute for them to assist but they do their best! I also think benefits wise regarding dental/medical the benefits could be better.

Evolvedmd has a great work culture . In terms of work culture it is one of the best places I have ever worked. They don’t just talk it .they truly believe in it and practice what they preach .

Minpunten

Things could be a little disorganized at time; Sometimes partnerships were not up to date, Tech issues would arise , therapists weren’t clear on care coordination requests. Also, you had to go to clinics at least 3 times a week . I didn’t mind going but it was frustrating being there and not feeling like there was a purpose . It was great seeing our bhm ,but other than that , We usually just sat in a corner and did the same thing we could’ve done at home .
