No real transparency from clinical leadership to BHMs.
Clinical expectations versus reality is not aligned. 8 + clients per day to meet a specific “productivity” number every single week to month is unrealistic.
Leadership seems to not listen or care to concerns or issues brought by BHMs, those who are in the field and doing the work.
Specifically UT clinical team is toxic and will blame the BHM for issues.
This job will lead to burnout.
Expectation of working from 7:30-5 or later to complete notes within two different systems in 48 hours when PCPs get 5 days or so.
