Pluspunten
Good compensation package (for now), looks good on CV (because of the Siemens connection), reasonable middle-level management, flexible working hours, lots of trainings. OK location, nice offices.
Minpunten
Many hopelessly legacy projects, a new contract that's severely biased towards the employer, trying to save money on unreasonably small, but annoying things. On the way to become a faceless, gray multinational company. Awful servilism towards Siemens where (bad) technical decisions are allowed to be made by Siemens, but the responsibility lies at Evosoft. German colleagues are usually under-qualified but in the position of making decisions instead of the well-qualified employees of Evosoft. A huge amount of time is spent on fighting the unreasonable and useless requirements instead of focusing on the actual product.
