There are many products/solutions available to work with with the backing of a large company. The start up culture provides flexibility and little oversight into your day to day.

Little leadership/direction...the leadership team is made of people who are great at their particular skill set, but terrible at managing people and providing opportunities for growth - not a place to build a career. Do not expect to be given all the information needed to do your job correctly or efficiently. There are many corporate reorganizations and the start up culture keeps you up late working.
