Great technology and customer focus. Team atmosphere in day to day interaction with co-workers. Easy onboarding. Eager to learn from you and your experience.

Need more women in the organization and more inclusion in company direction. The organization has so much opportunity but needs to provide resources and direction when needed. While they value knowledge, at times it seems they only see your value at any given point in time and have no interest in long term collaborative employee model. Treat contributors with respect and inclusion.
