While I am overall very satisfied with my experience as an employee of this company, I do think that there is room for improvement in the hiring process. As the company continues to grow rapidly, I have noticed that the process for bringing on new employees could be optimized to keep up with the amount of work done virtually. Additionally, the learning curve for new employees can be steep, as the company's software solutions are highly specialized and complex. However, with the support and guidance of my colleagues, I have been able to successfully navigate the challenges and fully embrace the opportunity to grow and develop my skills in the field.
