Pluspunten
I joined flatfair 4 years ago and there was a lot that needed work. In the time I've been here, there's been a lot of change but it feels like the business has really hit its stride and I feel more positive about working here now more than ever. The new benefits are great, especially Vitality. I'm loving the more flexible approach to working hours. I think the leadership team have really invested the time to better listen to the team and implement change. Most of all, I love the flatfam! People here are so generous with their time, they are warm and welcoming, no one will make you feel silly if you don't know the answer or need to ask for help.
Minpunten
We run really lean! You're expected to muck in and pitch in to get things done, which is mostly fine but it would be nice to have a little more space to be creative. As a result of being so focused on individual delivery, teams can become a little siloed. When challenged, people come together again but this needs to be worked on to allow us to all move forward together.
