      Trust no one. Extreme micromanagement, draw commission keeps you always in the hole, training is a joke, and "meetings" - really pep rallies - will eat up your day. You won't make money unless you're a manager's pet. "Managers" got there because of their revenue generation, not because they have any management skills or training and it shows.

      It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
