Pluspunten
Throughout my time, ever since the beginning I've been trusted to do the work in the way I thought it was most efficient, and being my first ever job, this has given me the confidence to try out new things and to not be afraid if it doesn't always work out.
I have always had opportunities to grow, and have been encouraged to do so.
Transparency is another important thing, and it has always been something that was taken into consideration. The situation is presented the way it is, maybe even more now than it was in the past.
There are loads of benefits, and even though you may not use all, you never know when you need them as they've been well thought of and with this in mind it feels like the company cares about its employees, and this is just one of the things through which this is being shown.
The teams are predominantely young and ambitious, and you could learn something from everyone. It's easy to communicate, everyone seems open and it's overall a very nice environment to be in.
I've been here through all the changes, and I've always liked the idea the company was built on and due to this all the changes and the challenges were way easier to handle and to accept.
The product is amazing, and it has gone through so many changes, each version better than the last, with everyone alligned to achieve the same goal.
I'm honestly grateful for the opportunity I was given back in 2016 and the growth that I've achieved, for the people that I've gotten to know and have helped me and encouraged me to challenge myself to grow even further.
Minpunten
The redundancies haven't made it feel like the safest place to be, but there have been efforts to rebuild trust and to make the reasons behind this understood.
However, due to this it has hindered some of the confidence, but due to the efforts of the senior management this is something that is being built back up.
