If you do not work over a certain hour threshold HAP will refuse your holiday pay claim (yes you have to claim back your rightful holiday). If you read the terms and conditions for holiday pay, it gives you a week to claim this money back at the end of year. You receive no reminders of this date and I believe most people will miss it and therefore are not receiving the pay they are fully entitled to.
