If you have to speak to people in Geneva the Chennai managers will prepare a script and you should act with it If not you are screwed for the rest. Other companies CEO has lot of things to look for future vision and growth but here he has nothing to do so Here the position is like PT teacher who cricles office ask peoples not to stand and talk he checks dress code of employees. Compensation and bonus are very good. But you have to serve at least 10+ hours everyday. Family like culture. Full meals lunch( actually they dont want emp to go out of office for 1 hour so you will complete your lunch in 30 mins) if you are spending more than 30 mins. you will be questioned.

Very bad "Sir" culture. Your supervisor has all super powers to sent you home. You have to forget about your family if you wants to join ibox. officially its Saturday holiday but you will come on all Saturdays to complete your work. because you will always have so much to do. You will always have a mission to be accomplished. too much of pressure in middle level management. you can be pulled from lunch at any time for answering your super powered MD. slaves will catch you all the time. you can be dismissed for speaking with women employee. :-(
