It's a very supportive environment to work in. People on the teams get along well and people are always happy to help whenever asked. The company is currently undergoing a lot of growth, so there are a lot of opportunities for promotions and to learn new skills. Management is very open to suggestions for improvement.

As a rapidly growing company, there are growth pains as the management learns how to do things differently. The day-to-day work changes often as management strives to find a way to adjust to the new workload and larger number of employees. The salaries are good but the benefits are minimal.

Felt the need to agree with many of the reviews here. (the good ones were literally made by management) Yes, there are no bonuses, actual good raises, or overtime paid. Overtime which is mandatory, and yes salaries are really low. If you're lucky you get a $20 giftcard. Benefits are bad too. Bad health insurance, bad 401k, the minimum holidays given, PTO is low and so on. Yes, the company is slowly but steadily being replaced by an overseas team. Yes, the software is bad and is good reflection on how the company is ran. Yes, there is a quick employee turnover. If this happens congrats you just inherited more work. The list goes and on. Seriously IT IS that bad.
