Too many to fully list. Pay is low and not competitive for most roles. Management is not only incompetent, they are cruel to put it lightly. This is the biggest problem at the company. Management will make your head spin with the utter lack of consideration for you saying things like “you are just a number.” Yet, turn around in all team meetings and revere you and call it one big happy family. Expressing their gratitude with a tearful sermon one minute, and then tearing you down, not only about your job performance, but aspects of “you” as a person. You may feel like reporting to HR even some of the awful things they say to you or others, yet it is doubtful they’d have your back. My advice to you whoever reading this. Hold out longer and find a better option where you will be better appreciated.
