10yAt iMatrix, we value our employees’ happiness and professional satisfaction, and are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience with us. While we continuously strive to make improvements within our organization—both for the betterment of our employees and clients—we truly believe that iMatrix is a great place to work, thanks to: our vibrant, friendly and inclusive company culture; our wide range of service products and; of course, all our employees, including our management team. We do feel that iMatrix offers room for professional growth, and are proud to often promote team members from within our organization. Our employees’ success is our success!
Here are some other recent data that we are proud to share:
1) The Professional Services Department (the department in question) has grown 72 percent from 2014 to 2015, including the establishment of an account management team, which is primarily dedicated to increasing organic leads for our clients.
2) The same department saw the creation of many new positions in 2015, including a team of paid interns, junior roles, senior roles and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising specialists. In addition, we have promoted several individuals within the team to fill these newly created roles as well as other roles.
3) Employee turnover—for the SEO account manager position in particular—was minimal in 2015; it was less than 20 percent.
4) Turnover for clients who are managed by the professional services team is at a record low while the value of our service products continues to grow, thanks to increased click-through rates and an overall decline in cost per click (for clients using our pay-per-click advertising service).
Nonetheless, the team at iMatrix takes all reviews and suggestions seriously and will take these comments into advisement.
