You will bond with colleagues collectively to hate the CEO. You're not alone. The horror stories you hear are probably true. So you are warned.

Minpunten

The company has a use and throw policy towards employees. The CEO is loud, abusive and almost violent by using his big size to physically try to intimidate you. After leaving date it took me almost 2 months, multiple trips to the office, unanswered phones and emails to recover my unpaid dues of 2 months. The stress undergone during my association with this company took a toll on my mental health and sleep.

Yes, life at iPros is not easy..constant pressure is there. It makes you ready for life, Its like if you can drive in India, you can drive in any part of the world. If you work at iProf, you will be valued the most in any other organization. Its not a place for lazy people and loosers!
