-unhealthy work timings -workload is way to high -the higher management is unorganised -they shout unnecessarily even when we do the job right -too much pressure -people have left due to health issues and unhealthy pressure and work timings -please dont join the bangalore team -work/life balance will be thrown for a toss

Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
