Comfortable office. Cookies. The colleagues are mostly nice. Management can be flexible to you if you're bringing results higher than average. And I like corporate hoodies.

Minpunten

iSpring positions itself as a top-notch international IT-company, but it treats its employees as a third-world workforce. Many people who work there get $500 per month and even less! The turn around is very high. Also, the corporate culture is specific and discrimination is a part of it. I know many people who left the company because of it. But if you're a conservative white man with the army experience, you'll feel at home.

They are highly responsive and always send clear instructions. When set deadlines are too short, they are flexible and we have always been able to come to an arrangement.
