A great system of managing its employees and clients. Helpful staff. It's a great opportunity to learn and interact with ESL learners(You get better at teaching and helping weak learners) . IT staff can be a great help. Very prompt in payment (within 3-5 days). Willing to help the consultants develop and become better through training sessions. Also, willing to review sessions when clients give a low rating.
Minpunten
1. COMM centre can take at least two days to reply. This may not be helpful when there are urgent cases. 2. Leave request system. Unfortunately, when you do not include a reason for your leave, your leave is rejected. It takes at least an hour to make a new request. This may not be helpful for consultants who have urgent plans and want to do their best to inform the schedulers about their inability to make it for the lesson.
