Annoying that it's a requirement to review the students to be paid but the have no obligation to review the consultant. Meaning the important bonus that makes the effort worthwhile isn't given. Especially when teaching 6 juniors. Hard work with little reward if no ratings is given from them. It should be mandatory for students to rate the teacher before they leave the class. Also the ratings they give from 1-10 is too much. Perhaps the same ratings the consultants give to the students can be implemented. Such as outstanding, excellent, very good etc to replace the 1-10 system. Booking in advance and in the peak zone is no guarantee of getting a session booked. Sometimes booking 2-3 days in advance still doesn't result in sessions getting assigned. Frustrating. Also IT and schedulers aren't always readily available causing frustration for the student and consultant alike.
