Pluspunten

As a fresher, you’ll get to learn a lot.

Minpunten

- Everyone is expected to work for 10-12 hours a day, with 10 hours minimum, and 11 being the average, including for freshers. So no time to relax, or upskill. - Extremely poor work life balance. - Just 5 days leave in a year for freshers, which increases to 10 in year 2 and 3. - 3 year bond. - Very less number of senior engineers, as people tend to leave once the bond period ends. Experienced people are mostly into managerial roles.

Pluspunten

Great Projects, nice carrier growth opportunities. Good place to start your career with.

Minpunten

No work-life balance. Management expects employees to work beyond working hours, even on weekends too, without compensation. Leaves are just handful, if you get seriously ill and had to stay on leave, you are up for loss of pay, even though you have proof that you were actually sick.

Pluspunten

The company encourages you to take on bigger responsibilities independently while providing backend support when needed. You are not restricted to a single task instead, the company helps you become an all-rounder and teaches you how to perform effectively under pressure.

Minpunten

Work-life balance can be challenging, especially for beginners. Employees are often required to work beyond office hours and sometimes on weekends to meet deadlines. While the official timing is 9 to 6, tasks often extend beyond this. The environment demands strong multitasking skills and may feel overwhelming for those seeking more personal time.
