The work environment is challenging yet rewarding and offers something for everyone who wants to work for a growing "startup like" company that has a mature business model with established customers and is not a startup at all (founded in 2008). The people are very friendly and helpful and the corporate culture fosters an environment where you are expected to work hard and play hard. The company offers a generous amount of snacks, treats, drinks and other goodies that are stocked regularly, Bagel Wednesdays and a catered lunch every Friday to top it off. Access to the management team is always available and communication about the direction of the company is constant. Working and living in Santa Barbara??? Are you kidding??? What's not to like about that? Being downtown near shops, stores, restaurants, etc is a big plus! Parking is provided and the company headquarters feels more like a college dorm setting with a courtyard, BBQ, backyard patio, TV living room, game room, etc to compliment the company sponsored activities and entertainment! One of the lower stress environments I have worked in recently!

Being in growth mode is very challenging (this is not unique to Impact Radius) so there is always some level of high performance and productivity required to succeed here. However, that has become "normal" in the high growth tech world of the 21st century company these days!
