- Excellent working environment (sit/stand desks, multiple monitors, anything you need to work comfortably is made available to you) - Coffee and snacks made available - Fun contests that create a bit of friendly competition - A commission structure that is unheard of; the earning potential is great - I truly feel like I'm treated like family here! If something comes up at home, my manager is extremely accommodating - We have fun here! There is a ping pong table, we have a ton of laughs and gatherings, beer o'clock, etc. - Managers that listen to you and your feedback! - There are probably more things I'm forgetting

- Going through some growing pains. They're still figuring out who fits where and where they want to go and that means there are a lot of changes that come up. The changes aren't all bad, but you do need to be able to adapt if you're working here. - Need to hire some more team members to fill some gaps

There are no real cons to working here. My only wish is that the office was even closer to my house. Its only a twenty minute drive, so really can't complain.
