Key Leader pay was only $0.90 higher and merit didn't carry over, the KL base has also now been raised to the low 30s i believe. pay increases are based on performance (duh), with the highest % increase per year u can get being like 4.5%.

regional managers favourite the wrong people but other than that it was a pretty fun time tbh. also one time the CEO mr Calvin Harris was meant to visit out store but then cancelled because he got black out drunk at lunch in the city. how very professional but also same.
