1. Company rules are different for different people 2. Truly useless project managers who actually don't come from managerial domain, they are coming from non-IT background. They actually don't know what and how to speak to cient, only what they do is they try to show themselves smart infront of company head, nothing else they do. 3. Some people think they are the companies owner as they are given full freedom to do anything including passing time, watching movies in the office, drinking alcohol in the office...etc. But these access are not at all given to other employees, these are just benefits for those people who are company head's beloved. 4. Company is full of family relatives only, if you refer out of family then company management will even not review their resume, they accept only few guy's referals as they ear referal amount, others referals will never be entertained. 5. No job security in such a pathetic company as they hold only single client, once that client will go off, this company needs to shutdown. 6. Company ask their reception & few guys to increase positive feedback on glassdoor.
