Everyone do their thing in their own way, there’s a lack of synergy. - management misalignment - lot of turnover - favouritism/micro-aggressions/weird comments/slight gaslighting/passive aggressive communication - too many managers and head of department, unclear what they actually do. - lack of accountability and direction, you aren’t given clarity and clear direction but reprimanded if not delivering (although not being given clear goals to achieve???) - lots of drama, gossip - too relaxed and friendly culture need more formality and structure
