During our recruitment and induction processes we are open and honest with all individuals regarding the policies and procedures for the Company, as well as the shift patterns and rotas for our Service Desk. The only amendments made to the team rota are to support the team taking annual leave or to cover periods of sickness.
We have a team structure in place and feel that this offers individuals room for growth and progression. We also advertise all of our vacancies internally so that individuals are aware of progression opportunities within both their own department and the wider Company.
Any complaints or grievances made are taken very seriously by the Company and are fully investigated by our HR Team. If individuals feel that they are unable to discuss issues or concerns with their Line Manager then our HR Team are available to talk to.
