13 hour shifts, minimum wage, no facilities to heat food. Downstairs "little people" not allowed food or drink at their desk, management upstairs allowed food, including a microwave and drinks. Them and us environment. Make you feel like you're a nobody. Took £500 out of my salary for shirts and a pass which were returned, also took a days sick pay off me when I had no time off sick. Paid me late and refused to give me my P45 for my new employer. So many laws broken its unreal! Avoid at all costs. Its like a prison there if you're not a manager. I'd have given 0 stars if this was an option!
