Minpunten

They contract with numerous foreign subcontractors. The game is to acquire as many H-1B contractors for their clients so they don't have to do that themselves. They have no interest in American contractors. It's a body shop for foreigners. Nothing more.

Compared to my colleague's other agencies such as Dexian, NextSource pays a lot better. Responds quickly to emails.

Minpunten

They partner with United Healthcare as their medical insurance provider. Not a lot negative to say of them as a company.
