- Small team so workload can be heavy at times - Hospitality industry so holidays/weekends are busy

Everyone at the company is very friendly.

The company was top heavy when they needed more guest facing employees. Managers and directors were promoted or hired instead of addressing the burnout of those in customer facing roles. The salary is lower compared to the amount of work (energy) expected. Leadership appears to be apathetic to the workplace culture.
