Good culture, good product, and good company values

Great company to work for, a bit short staffed but management handled very well

When I joined prAna, it was a thriving, mission-driven company with an incredible culture and sense of purpose. I felt proud to be part of it. Over time, however, the company lost its way, struggling to define its identity and adapt to an increasingly competitive market. -Frequent executive turnover and shifting strategies led to confusion and instability -Reliance on outside brand consultants without consistent follow-through -Significant loss of institutional knowledge due to repeated layoffs of long-term employees -Limited opportunities for career growth or advancement -Struggling to maintain clear direction and brand identity in a challenging market
