Colleagues (although many have left - more than 10 of my closest colleagues in the last 2 years)

Minpunten

- employees are treated as being absolutely replaceable ("uncomfortable" employees are pushed out) - employees are not listened to, bad survey results about superiors are not acted upon in reasonable time - many good product and tech people have left; recently more people quit within their probation period - bad feedback culture: people are talking behind the backs of their colleagues instead of giving direct feedback - superiors who are badly equipped for their jobs - at least consequences were taken within product department and the respective person is in no management position anymore - salaries are not competitive; the salary policy is unfair and intransparent: I was asked by my former superior to not share my raise/salary with my team mates - instead of solving the many underlying cultural and structural problems, riskmethods appears to want to solve those problems by hiring more managers (last time I counted, they aimed for 5 product bosses while having around 8 people in the product team) - much tech and design debt in the respective products leading to many bugs - unagile mindset and way of delivering software (sometimes it took 2 months to deliver a working piece of software) - product teams cannot decide autonomously what to work on next (even if they have good reasons/data) - people become more and more frustrated and demotivated

Dear former riskbuster, Thank you for sharing your opinion and feedback. We take your feedback very seriously and will take our time to reflect and discuss internally. We regret to read that you did not have the best experience with us. Us growing as a company brings along changes that are inevitable. And change often, sadly, means that people are leaving. However, we can consider ourselves lucky to - in this phase of change and smart growth - win back former employees, who like to re-join us and grow together with us once more. It is great to see how our smart-growth does not only inspire former employees to come back to us but also inspires many of our current employees to take on new roles, leadership roles, to bring our product and our company to the next level. Our internal, detailed, growth plans are putting the base ground for our employees to grow within riskmethods. We regret that in your specific case we didn`t seem to come to a common ground and find a way to grow for you within our company. Nonetheless, we would like to point out that our door is always open. For our current riskbusters but also for our former employees, so if you still feel the need to exchange with us in person and give us additional feedback, please feel free to do so! Our leadership encourages employees to think different and innovate to succeed even on non-traditional paths. Great to be founder of riskmethods and having established a management team that not only listens to our team members but also consider team-inputs having an impact on decisions. Our customer-statisfaction is extremely high (we have industry leading 2-digit negative churn rates!) and customers are strong advocates in the market: it´s a positive setting if your are in a CSM role and face customers every day (allows to support their journey in maturity and not managing complaints all the day), marketing roles (you get customer approvals for collaterals, webinar participations etc. without begging) and sales & sales development (I think it´s self-explaining how nice it is having a sexy product with strong demand and plenty of customer references to leverage). Many management or teamlead positions are held by employees that were promoted - this shows the job opportunities in a growing company. The office space in the US is awesome: great kitchen with full (free) catering services, a good gym inside the building and plenty of included offerings (yoga, running,...) and finally a nice view on Boston from floor 18.

Minpunten

If you expect to work in an environement where every process, role, organizational set-up is already built-out - better step back. We have set professional processes, organization design and leverage state-of-the-art tools but always open for better "stuff" to establish and adapt quickly. The office space needs to be expanded due to the strong growth, but management is already checking out additional space on same floor of the current building.
