Pluspunten
Throughout my tenure at SmartShift (SST), I was always treated fairly and given plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. Even though I was based 2000 miles from the nearest SST office, managment found ways to keep me involved and accommodated my location so that I never felt too remote. SmartShift delegates responsibility and tasks based on ability to get results, not simply on seniority or job title, a refreshing change of pace from other, more rigid companies. If you're ready to take on a lot more responsibility quickly, and are not afraid of learning new things, than maybe SmartShift would be a good fit for you.
Minpunten
The only downside is with the company spread out between the US, EU, and India, the alignment between offices and teams can sometimes be less than 100%. Strong communication skills can do much to alleviate this, but one must be proactive to achieve results.
