- Owner & CEO is absolutely lost in a fantasy world. - Owner & CEO is speaking very bad about almost everyone. - People are leaving (50%) 2019 - No Bonus since years - Very low wages - No real carrier chances only for Sales (but there is no USP left anymore) - The Owner is always over-promising, only 10% deliverable - the only thing the owner is reliable about is that you can 100% NOT relay on him.

You can get away with bad programming. Nobody will ever check your work. Free water. A twenty year old can climb the ladder very fast because all his superiors will quit within a year.

Minpunten

12 hour work days. Poor pay. Management treats workers line garbage, and tries to suck every ounce of productivity out of them until they burn out and quit. Turnover rate is close to 80% a year. The good reviews here are of questionable validity.
