Minpunten

So much pressure, low staff, poor management In the last 3 months more than 10 employees including team leaders resigned because of terrible management Long lines, some people was waiting on the line for more than 2 hours and you have to pick up the phone and tell them we cannot help today! Lots of bullying from customers and the management give the customers prize for being rude! Very low pay $24 per hour for IT job

- Flexible with University schedule. - Close to central station, so a short walk or bus ride. - Generally a good work environment, colleagues got along well. No office politices in my role. Able to complete work and go home after 8 hour shift.

Minpunten

- Alot of micromanagement. Company would take on new contracts with clients, but not account for substantial volume of requests. - Career growth lacking, bit of nepotism on senior management roles. - Seems to be alot of fumbling and winging on projects. - Management staff seem to be closeted with large scale project experience.
