Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues in all departments. Joe Gretton is a great leader, just not supported well or accurately by some of her underlings who gatekeep / obscure challenging issues with a passion.
Minpunten
Blame culture at middle management level where long-standing persons are too cosy in their jobs to make changes that could require investment, effort or a change in their behaviour. Archaic ways of working and "We've always done it this way" mentality. Challenging the status quo is seen at some levels as a threat rather than an opportunity to improve things. A driven focus on cost savings even when it affects quality of customer service, and then, when it does, the hunt starts for who should take the rap.
