Pluspunten
When I was first getting started in my digital marketing career, thunder::tech was a company that was always on my radar, and I always dreamed of working here. Fast-forward 5 or so years and that dream eventually came true. Since I've started here, this company has not only lived up to my expectations, but far exceeded them. I am a part of a great team that does fantastic work, and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. Some specific pros I have to call out: - Autonomy, but support when needed - Diverse clients that offer a variety of perspectives; from breweries & travel industry clients to accounting firms & industrial manufacturers (and everything in between) - A leadership team that cares about their employees - Opportunities for career growth (I'm currently in my 3rd role at the company) - Remote-first, but can come into the office when needed - A great group of people who love what they do

- Like any company operating in a remote environment, sometimes open communication can be difficult - As agency, we're exposed to a variety of different personalities, and some may be more difficult to work with than others - Depending on your role, there's the potential for a lot of context-switching (changing between tasks and clients) in your day to day. I would argue that this is to expected at an agency, but it can be a little overwhelming at times
