The company used to be a tech company with real innovation at its core—now it’s just a basic, boring social media company desperately trying to replicate the successes of companies from 5-10 years ago. Engineering is a complete joke. After a 50% reduction in talent, what's left is a hollow team, with no vision or capability to drive the product forward.
